Lived Experience Connectors© (LECs) are an innovative new role for people who have experience accessing or caring for people accessing mental health services. Informing the whole learning experience, LECs provide people working in services with continuous support and feedback in their journey of person centred practice. LECs use their skills to describe their own experiences, emotions, feelings, fears, concerns and hopes supporting reflective practice and the enhancement of relational skills.

Please see the flyer for more information and how to book onto the workshops.
