The importance of subjective wellbeing as a goal for public policy and a measure of social progress has been recognised worldwide. Two initiatives have been launched by a joint partnership project between Division of Clinical Psychology and New Savoy Conference to promote importance of workforce wellbeing: a Staff Wellbeing & Resilience Charter and Collaborative Learning Network (CLAN). We are repeating our annual survey to measure wellbeing of psychological service staff in the NHS in 2016.
We encourage you to complete the survey and consider joining the CLAN. Results of the survey will be presented at the 10th New Savoy Conference for Psychological Therapies in London, March 15th & 16th 2017 and will be published.
