The next North West Dyslexia Network meeting is being hosted by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, on Monday 6th March in The Curve - Seminar Room One – between 9.30am till 2.00pm (Lunch is being sponsored by TextHelp, between 1.00pm and 2.00pm).
We have 25 places for this meeting, so due to the limited numbers, we are allowing one person per organisation.
At this meeting we have 2 specialist speakers:
Dyslexia Action is a national charity with over 40 years’ experience in providing services and support to children, young people and adults with literacy and numeracy difficulties, dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties.
We take action to change lives by: Supporting improvement in education provision; Providing direct support to individuals; Leading the agenda for change.
Read&Write literacy software makes the web, documents and files more accessible - any time, any place, and on any platform or device. It's great for people with dyslexia and other learning difficulties, or anyone whose first language isn't English.
From reading on-screen text aloud to researching and checking written work, Read&Write makes lots of everyday tasks easier. It’s a big confidence booster for anyone who needs a little extra help with their reading and writing, at school or in the workplace.
