Funded places still available for the adult IAPT training – Couple Therapy for Depression, March 2017

The Northern School of Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy (NSCAP) are very pleased to confirm commissioning of the following adult IAPT training in Leeds for 2017 (organised in collaboration with the training providers). These training is free for candidates based in the North West region who meet the eligibility criteria.

Please identify and circulate this information to people in your locality who meet the eligibility criteria and who might be interested in IAPT training. The aim is that those attending the training will have the full support of their service to complete the supervised training cases and to deliver the modalities as part of local IAPT provision.

Couple Therapy for Depression Accredited Practitioner Training Leeds

The CPD course is made up of 5 days of formal teaching and 20 sessions of supervision which enable practitioners to practice the NICE approved Couple Therapy for Depression approach as a treatment for mild to moderate depression in IAPT Services. Successful completion of the course and supervised clinical work allows accreditation as a ‘Couple Therapy for Depression IAPT Practitioner’.
Deadline for applications is March 13th 2017.
