GMMH Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Training Centre is pleased to present: CYP IAPT outreach supervision training - A 5 day programme for practitioners who currently supervise clinical work in CAMHS.
The course will:
- Increase your awareness of supervision models and learning theories that underpin clinical supervision, and reflect on your supervisory practice.
- Better understand what supervision competency is, and how to assess your own.
- Develop your ideas about using supervision more actively and creatively.
We are offering a series of 5 training days over four months. The training will focus on the development of knowledge and skills for the provision of effective supervision, which will be relevant to all clinical supervisors, and can be used toward supervision accreditation.
The training is suitable for all clinicians who are currently engaged in, and provide clinical supervision to CAMHS staff or the wider services as part of CYP IAPT and are keen to further enhance their effectiveness of supervision and their level of competence in providing supervision to others. This course has been highly evaluated by previous attendees.
