However, the change of the year number often does feel like a marker and a point to reset and refocus. Recently Published Report: Best practice for perinatal mental health care: the economic case

This report examines the economic case for investing in early interventions that reflect best practice in England. Funded by the Nursing Division under the Nursing Directorate at NHS England, the study included a comparison of the potential costs and consequences associated with such interventions compared with one or more alternative course of action (operationally defined as current practice, and sometimes referred to in studies as the ‘do nothing’ option).

New Savoy Conference / Division of Clinical Psychology Workforce Wellbeing Survey

The importance of subjective wellbeing as a goal for public policy and a measure of social progress has been recognised worldwide. Two initiatives have been launched by a joint partnership project between Division of Clinical Psychology and New Savoy Conference to promote importance of workforce wellbeing: a Staff Wellbeing & Resilience Charter and Collaborative Learning Network (CLAN). We are repeating our annual survey to measure wellbeing of psychological service staff in the NHS in 2016.

Person and community-centered approaches - framework consultation - Take part in the consultation survey

Health Education England, Skills for Health and Skills for Care and have been working in collaboration to develop a person- and community-centred core skills education and training framework. Development of the framework has involved a wide range of stakeholders including citizen, patient and carer voice, voluntary sector organisations, Public Health England, Local Government, NHS England, Royal Colleges and the professional bodies, professional regulators and others.
