Workforce Wellbeing Survey

The importance of subjective wellbeing as a goal for public policy and a measure of social progress has been recognised worldwide. Two initiatives have been launched by a joint partnership project between British Psychological Society and New Savoy Conference to promote importance of workforce wellbeing: a Staff Wellbeing & Resilience Charter and Collaborative Learning Network (CLAN). We are repeating our annual survey to measure wellbeing of psychological service staff in the NHS in 2016.

NHS England are looking to commission an Implementation study/process evaluation of the Integrated IAPT Early Implementers, to understand key features of the service implementation and to enable learning for further national rollout.
